I have three kids going to berries in n1, k1 and p. Their online based learning is not conducive at all and classes should be replaced

3 hours Physical lesson changed to just 20mins e-learning is definitely not enough. Berries should come up with a better backup plan.

Hi,
I have seen the latest changes.
However, I want the choice of being able to select HBL or not. The 3 sessions of fully paid lessons replaced by HBL is not what I want for my child.
Based on the info, I still have to teach my child fun and effective ways of doing HBL.
Honestly, I just want my fees for the 3 lessons to be refunded to me/ credited to the next term.(which is only useful if I still plan to continue with your sch).
I know you are all swamped because many parents are reaĺly unhappy abt the way this was communicated and done.

Hi,
I have a child in Berries and I am appalled at the arrangements made in view of the suspension.
Home based learning lessons are the last resort when the lesson falls on a public holiday. So that one, I already just accept it and pay the $50 + per lesson.
However, this time with a centre closure of more than 1 month, how can the Berries company (yes, a profit- driven, profit- oriented one) propose HBL for all the lessons. The whole point and interaction and quality of teaching is different and compromised. And still demand that the lessons be charged for as per normal. Not like the parents have any choice? Since we already prepaid for the entire term.
I believe I am not the only parent who is really upset about this, and the high-handed, undertable way Berries is going about this.
Do hear the comments and sensing of the parents, and respond appropriately. Because I can say that if you go about the HBL as you plan, you will find your company losing many customers in Term 3 and your reputation, that you spent yrs building, dragged through mud.
As I am typing this, there is already a strong online presence to petition your company's move. And don't think that parents don't have choices. Other enrichment centres are more than happy to absorb your pupils.

We are considering stopping the classes with them after the term ends. The $50 should be a refund and not a voucher because the disruption is for this term and not future terms.

I understand the difficulty Berries has to face due to the sudden situation. But from center based teaching to home based learning for 5 lessons w a $65 voucher is seriously too little. Consider a 3 hour physical attendance to a internet based learning. I feel quite short change.

We are sending our 5 years old child for K1 enrichment class because we do not have the time and capability to guide/teach the child. Hence we dont think our child would be able to learn or take the class via e-learning. We have sent emails to Berries for prorata refund or postpone the lessons but have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed.

Berries pushed back lessons by two weeks without offering parents any chance to opt out or get a refund when there was no directive at all from the government . Now, once again they are offering vouchers instead of a refund. Refund should be given as an option.

When I called up that day,the lady who picked up the phone told me the online lesson is same as regular class. How can it be the same! I nearly lost my temper at her.

I just logged a complain via CASE.
If everyone complain via CASE, they will be force to take action.

It is obvious the fees paid cannot be compensated with elearning sessions. Berries should work out replacement sessions after suspension.

Refund or credit for next term lessons will be a better solution. Current HBL is not up to the amount we are paying and will be taking up too much of our time~

How can this be brought forward to Berries Management?They do not have an email for us to reach out for. We are so unhappy with this arrangement made and this is simply shortchanging us and cheating us of our hardearned money! Can someone forward this to Berries Management if you have the contacts?
