I am truly disappointed on how Berries handle this situation. Many enrichment classes has chose to have lesson replacement or credit to next term when lesson can resume back. The amount I pay for school fees is for 1.5 hours/ lesson, pls don’t charge me that price and ask me to go do e-learning with my kid which only last less than 10 mins! You’re “eating” up my time which I feel cheated! Kindly do something about it berries, you can do better than this for goodness sake.

Yes, I find that it's not right to continue to charge us if the lesson is all E-learning.

If I can teach online.. why would I need to pay berries to teach my kids! Very irresponsible of them.

I suggest a refund or credits. Payment made was for the school to teach. I don’t see any point If I make payment and teaching by ourselves.

I agree fully, please provide refund, credit or make up. If we had wanted a online class, we wont have to sent our kid/kids to berries.

Ridiculous of still paying for online teaching . If they are secondary school students . I still can accept the arrangement. For heaven sake, they are only pre schoolers ...

Totally Ridiculous and I have sit with my kid to teach. In the first place if I am good with the language or have the time to coach , I won’t even send for enrichment classes.

My children’s lessons are on Saturdays. There are 7 lessons that are affected, not 6 lessons that they had emailed me. Besides poor quality HBL lessons, how can your centres or Teachers ensure my children have learnt what they should have for each lesson. By pushing the teaching and learning to parents, has Berries even considered the reasons why parents engage your service in the first place? If Berries’s competitor, Tien Hsia, could adopt a fair approach for parents, I don’t see why Berries cannot do so for us too. Be fair and be more ethical in your approach in handling this situation. Please review what you have decided.

already not happy they eat our fees for 2 public holidays and give us 20mins of home based learning. imagine whole of sg parents are affected and we need to petition. this shows how they do their business!!! i don't have this trouble with other centers.

This is a mismatch of what I had paid for. Also, e-learning is also not suitable for young children. Please look into other suitable arrangements.

No learning please. If we can teach, we won't have to send them to berries. This is an unforseen situation, I hope Berries will suspend classes which is a better solution then e learning.
