Even if there are no refund being done, are they able to postpone the term to another one. E-learning is just an excuse, we paid a hefty amount of fees for our kids to get a proper classroom learning and not elearning with supervision from parents. Alot of FOC elearning platforms currently, why should we waste money to pay Berries.

I think classes shld just be postponed. If elearning for my 3 yr old is efficient I never had to sign up for berries in the first place.

No reply from Berries when I asked what the arrangement was regarding prorated fees. Berries must be held accountable. Replacing class based lessons with HBL wholly is unacceptable.

This arrangement is not acceptable. As per the measures rolled out by the government, lessons are to be suspended. Suspension of lessons does not equate to online e-learning which is only 20 minutes.

During this crucial period being a schooling industry , being kind and generous to stand together and united as one is what we need to engage now . Having e learning with just short period of time and doing it for 6 lessons for 2 kids which I have to pay full amount I think it’s pretty exhausting and not worth the hefty amount that we are paying as full class . Please look into this as other enrichment classes for my kids are given other options while Berries are only giving one option for us to choose and not giving any credit rebate which is pretty disappointing

Poor communication - just a text with the elearning link and nothing further.

Had been with Berries for the longest time since I have 4 kids. This move is really bad. Especially when the lessons are not as affordable as they used to be

They can continue with this E-learning programme, but should not charge parents school fees. Parents must have the flexibility to teach their children when time permits.

Berries' practice is not in line with industry standards. Many similar enrichment centres have experienced the same need to adapt to the ever evolving business challenges in the current Covid19 climate and have offered a multitude of solutions to parents such as the options to opt-in or opt-out of online learning OR receive credits/refunds should parents decline to sign up for online learning. Berries' practice leaves a very sour taste in one's mouth.

Hope berries will do a replacement lessons or offset lessons to next term fees.
