just provision of hbl without any proper guidance is irresponsible. if we know how to teach, we wont send them to berries! replacement of lessons would be a much better solution

We have 2 children in the class. 5 classes x 2pax of E learning . More than 450 dollars That's how much I'm paying you to provide E learning with my limited Chinese capability to teach my children at home. I'm removing my children after this term and will advise all my friends to not sign up with an unethical centre like you.

Such elearning doesn’t work for more than 1 session especially with young children.

Feel so cheated... and their elearning is not even great. I did not pay thousands of dollars for this kind of standard.

It would be more accepted if it's online class instead of E-learning.

BERRIES ALREADY TAKEN UP 2 LESSONS FROM US IN FEBRUARY, DURING AN IMPROMPTU CUT OFF AFTER CNY. CHILDREN HAD TO GO THROUGH 2 WEEKS WITHOUT EXTRA LEARNING. WE PARENTS ALREADY STEPPED IN TO ASSIST NOW, THEY WANT US TO TEACH AGAIN HML FOR 5 WEEKS. WHAT CRAP IS THIS! WE PAY FOR THEM TO TEACH!! THEY SHOULD PAY US BACK IF THEY EXPECT US TO TEACH!! COMPETITORS OFFER CLEAN CUT AND BRING OVER FEES. THIS IS FAIR. BERRIES, YOU ARE ABUSIVE US PARENTS!!

I was really unhappy with how the buangkok branch kept insisting that I must sign up and paid in order to secure the slot when I explain that in view of the covid19 I like to push out the trial lesson. But the staff imply they have Long list and ask me make my decision. Very pushy. While I was Glad I didn’t heed to their sales pressure last week. I am signing up this petition to help other parents.

I have 2 kids at berries downtown east, definitely not fair 20mins e-learning for $40. Im not asking for refund as i understand you also need to pay teacher's salary, rent, etc but postponed until may should be fair for everyone. Or at least in this unforseen situation we share the lost 50:50. Not only dumped to customers side

Berries should let us have a choice to do online learning or refund or any other options

This is not right. Cheat our money.

Classes should be postponed/on hold until the situation is resolved. E-learning will not be efficient for young children. Does not justify me pulling my kid out early from sch to attend e-learning.
