If berries is not offering make up classes, at least they should give choice to do elearning or refund/vouchers. Not fair.

home based learning is a no for me because i can't speak and read chinese thus, it won't be effective because i can't guide my 2 kids.

If switch to e-learning, berries should refund 50percent of the fee. Thanks

While we empathise with the situation, there should be better arrangement and communication. Extend the term, real time virtual lesson etc. By simply furnishing materials is just not right.. i can simply source for materials online without paying.

I think it’s fair to suspend classes for the safety for the children and staff. But to replace the face to face class with a 20min e-learning module is unacceptable.

I agree. We are playing for 1.45hr of interactive lessons.

I signed my kids for classes cause they are unable to do online learning themself. What’s this replacing or class to online learning instead.

Refund us or freeze fees till enrichment classes resume
