If that the case, adopt like other enrichment center suspend the class till 30 April .. wouldn’t it be better since you do not want to do a refund !

Instead of giving $50, it should be 50% off each lesson

They as such a big organisation and in time of crisis, coming up with such ridiculous back up plan only seeing profits first. Students and parents are secondary priority in their plan.

No options given until today. But say definitely no refund. Ask to defer lessons to later date also cannot give answer. So no option for us parents. Now we have to sit w our kids to do e learning. Teachers dun need to work. Then she refund.

Really unreasonable Centre, amongst other things they impose. The useless reader pen they force us to get. The usual term lessons if it falls on public holiday. No makeup class if you miss the week of class.

The online course will not work for most kids especially pre-primary level given that they are not computer-literate!

Put lessons on hold (no e learning). Or full refund if berries insist on e learning.

agree to get refund or credit vouchers instead of doing HBL which is useless. I paid for full lessons of 1h 45 min and there are craft work done during lesson time. With HBL, it is just a 20 min resources and Berries want to charge us full price???

Unfair handling of this matter despite parent’s longstanding support. Classes should be suspended, and we should not be charged for home based learning.

Their policies are just siding to their profits and will change to suit to their profits.

While government suspension of tutoring centres cannot be controlled, Berries needs to be fair be at least providing a 50% refund or allow classes to be replace at a later stage (after suspension exercise is lifted). Merely replacing regular classes with HBL is not enough as many parents in the first place send kids to Berries chinese class because chinese is not our first language. It is irresponsible of Berries to expect parents to conduct their own HBL for all 5 weeks.

This is absurb nonsense. Other enrichment classes will take the approach of suspending lessons till a later date instead. It should be on a optional basis, instead of forcing it down the parents throat. Not all family has the luxury to work from home or stay at home, despite all the govt encouragement and initiative.
