Berries should refund parents for the missed lessons or push back the lessons amidst the uncertainty.

Difficult to do online learning on berries especially siblings are noisy at home. Go room, also got disturbance, can hear noise outside, and wifi weaker too. 20 min online learning when I paid for 1.5 hour classroom learning. Unjustified,

We already absorb HBL during public holiday when there's no make up lesson even we are willing to come by other days. We are required to absorb such arrangements and pay. Now with this implement, they going to hit us with 3 full fee lessons, with 2 kids that 6 lessons.

My kids of age 4 yo and 6yo attending DTE branch Fundamentally, it was the approach of e-learning for preschool kids shows that berries is money minded business rather than sincerely delivering content that best suits the learning mode of the targeted group ie preschool kids. It was the highly engaging methodology that berries hardsell n this is exactly lacking in the e-learning modules. Utter disappointment.

S$50 rebate is too little for the shortening of lesson time and nil interactive. Prefer discount of at least 30% of the lesson fees.

They can't be bothered with this petition because they have 20,000 students with them.

If they want to charge the full fee, they should at least deliver a real time online teaching, not just a video / PowerPoint like one way teaching material.

the top management of Berries have to make clear decision as how to help the young kids to cope rather than simply throw the burden to parents. They shall refund at least 50% of the course fee by bank transfer or cash instead of next term credit(this is kind of forcing the parents to stay with them if we want the SGD50). Given the outbreak in China 2 months ago, and the good HBL by live interaction(video conference, cloud meetings, timely teachers engagement etc.) precedents set therefrom, Berries should have prepared themselves with good business continuity and resilience plan and training in advance. Berries failed to plan, and as parents and students we shall not bear the burden thrown from Berries. Suggest the management of Berries take the voices from frontline teachers and parents seriously !

Request for full credits for affected lessons that can be used later

10 min home video vs a 1hr 45 min class. How does it even equate? Also government has asked to suspend class, not give some random 10 min video in place of the class. They need to carry forward the classes or give a refund. 10 min videos do not make any sense.

Trying to get in touch with Berries since over a week via phone and email. No response. We are not a Mandarin speaking family. It's impossible for us to teach my daughter.
