Unreasonable for those who have signed up with Berries. My kid is with Tian Hsia - Term is being extended into June/July when classes resume. Berries should explore that option too.

Online learning is totally different from classroom based learning and I can get online lesson for free or cheaper rate.

I am against the idea of home based learning for all the missed lessons. I hope berries can provide more options to parents instead of just one directive method.

such actions that are being informed to parents...i cant help but to sway my thoughts away when the founder said..."只希望坚持做我认为有意义的事情". totally contradicting to her initial vision. i hope to be proven wrong and happy to see if the firm's action can fully inline with the founder's initial vision. not to brush us off with such actions. if i can teach chinese, do i need you teachers? doing online from 1hr plus to mere 20 mins, 有意义吗？

Berries should have better management and communication with the parents. i had been calling the centre for two days and no one answer the call nor replying my email.

I cant read and write chinese, how to teach my 2 kids. Appreciate if you could suspend the lesson. I have paid for full year, how am i going to utilise the $50 voucher?

It is unfair to us where we have to pay school fees and yet we are the ones teaching our own kids! Refund us the fees we have paid to defer to next term when lessons resume.

Please push back all the lessons, instead of asking parents to go through the online & worksheets with the kids. Parents do not have the luxury time to teach the individual subjects. If we have, we wouldn’t have sent them to Berries.

I will pull all 2 of my children out if this is the case. It is not fair and I can’t read Chinese. Online course are available at a much cheaper rate than what I am paying for both kids.

They should suspend all lessons and push back till MOE lifts the suspension. For those who wish to withdraw, please refund in full instead of forcing us to carry on.

very poor communication and that does not show parents they understand the situation parents are in well.
Didn't even offer any compensation till people start complaining.
