I have 2 kids whom i have enrolled in classes with berries and i need to spend double the effort to guide them in the online classes. This is really unjustified for.

I do not agree with e learning and will like to have credits instead as children will learn better in the centre than at home.

I think this has to brought to case trust if petition doesn't work. It's simply not ethical practices.

20min lesson than please only charge me 20min fee. Not the usual 1.45hr fee. Alternative please reschedule class.

Berries you are just like a conning education centre. From the start i already not happy with the rules you set. ( if public holiday fall on the day of class counted as absent) this is a total rubbish. Your teacher enjoying the public holiday and yet we pay for the school fee in the end we get nothing.

I want refund, I have 2 kids study there. Berries home base learning very lousy and cannot make it. I had paid so much money for both kids school fees, pls be fair to parent. All this is our hard earn money ....

I disagree with the home-based learning, passing the entire session to parents and we have to pay for the lessons.

I think it’s unfair that you pass on all the cost to the parents. If you are affected parents are affected too. Nobody is spared from covid-19

i don’t think it’s fair for us to pay for classes that we have to attend, facilitate and probably even teach on our own. $50 is not a fair sum. please take reference from other centres.
