This is ridiculous! We do not appreciate a fait accompli. Please suggest alternative options as the current one is unacceptable!

Will not recommend Berries to anyone in future. This whole episode has left me with a very poor impression of Berries. Luckily i didn't pay for 1 year... will jump ship to your competitor when this is over. Please la... customers have options. You can't even be flexible, we will take our business elsewhere. This company only cares about their profit margin. Selfish and arrogant!

Elearning is no comparison to a teacher-led class. The materials provided + $50 voucher is not an acceptable compensation. Suggest to prorate and credit to next term.

I had advance payment and they just said about online learning and a rebate of $65 for next billing which is ridiculous

Some enrichment centres are using the holidays to makeup the class / offer refunds for the missed lessons during the suspension period..
Classes are not cheap! E-learning is not suitable for preschoolers kids.. we pay to outsource the learning to professionals!!

Berries should give parents options to opt for online lesson, replacement class or refund for whatever lessons. 20 mins home-based learning vs 1hr 45 mins is such a huge difference. Berries still collect fees for home-based learning.

The centre should offer options to parent either to opt for online learning or refund
I hope Berries listen!
Unfair to parents
