E learning is unacceptable. The reason why we send our child to berries is to have proper guidance and supervision. Would appreciate a deferment instead

Not boycotting Berries, but they definitely needs to step up their game at handling the suspension of classes. Online learning is a norm for primary school onward but not for preschoolers. I enrolled my child in for Berries because we needed help with coaching our child with Chinese, as our family is a English-speaking family. The HBL will not be beneficial because my child will have to sit through staring at the laptop to absorb the teachings.
The voucher is not going to help. I would like to strongly encourage Berries to consider postponing lessons to much later. The actions taken by Berries will make or break their reputation after this whole Covid-19 suspension is over.
Take the considerations from parents seriously, or they will face losing the support from them, and many more to come.

Berries classes not cheap, & I have so many kids with them. If E-learning helps or is effective, im fine. However, their e-learning are just slides after slides. Even asking my nursery child to do e learning, its ridiculous!

E learning is not the right replacement. If it's online learning, thennat least it's fair. I still haven't receive any notification.

Inadequate. No refund needed but credits would be appreciated. N1 and N2 who have not been exposed to screens at home will not effectively learn from the home based offer. Non mandarin speaking parents also won't be able to facilitate the learning.

If Berries are not considering parents like us, then I can guarantee that should the situation improves, I will definitely withdraw my children from this learning centre as they are only profit centre and not really have the mind of getting children's education.

Now that government are giving more rebates to help out companies, I guess you should treat the parents fairly too.

If I could teach my son at home I wouldn't have signed him up for Berries.
