Called them and it seems that Berries not making any changes to refund(not even half)/make up for the 3 HBL lessons..sadly to say they just continue their way and not bother by our complaints...
Some Parents maybe facing job crisis due to this unprecedented period and Berries shd be more understanding; not to charge for HBL and do make up for lessons after classes resumed.
The teachers can take a break during this suspended period, prepare for study material and work harder when class resumed.
They can schedule 2 lessons per week. I just can’t understand why this is not possible..

Let's complain to CASE to see some real efforts taken from Berries. This petition is not changing anything now. I'll call tomorrow. Please call when ur free. The more complains received, the stronger the case is, CASE will then act. Let's put our grievances here to good use.

I am affected from lesson 10-14. There is only online lessons from lesson 11-14. I paid for a 1 hr 45 min class, not online lessons. I hope berries will offer replacement for the missed lessons.

Berries should suspend lesson and not charge. There are other enrichment centers who had done so and yet the trs went the extra mile to follow up with how revision can be done during suspension.

Simply ridiculous, missed 5 weeks of class lessons and to be simply replaced with online lessons. Thats totally unfair.

Very unhappy with the way they deal with it. We sign up for the personal coaching experience! not e-learning! they sent me a package of rice and some chinese cards.... what do they expect me to do? I dont have rice at home to reach my kids? the reason why berries is unique, is in the teacher-student classroom experience! If they have to close for covid, then, compensate in REAL Lessons or offer a rebate for the next term extension would also do good.!

The online lessons are ineffective for primary school children. End up we as parents need to be around to guide. It defeats the purpose esp when we are not available

I am illiterate when it comes to Mandarin, how am I going to guide my child along for the HBL?
That’s why in the first place I sent my child to take tuition in berries, to be guided by the Chinese well-spoken teachers.
Frankly speaking, berries is pretty costly, and I will not pay for HBL at home at this price for sure.

The management is ridiculous. I call in to request for refund for the few lesson as I feel my son is in N1 and online teaching doesn't help as parent has to do the learning and teach the kids which is not the purpose of me sending the kid to school. They gave me 3 options. 1 is to do online training. 2nd is the teacher will combine all the lesson into 1 hour class for my son during the replacement class. 3rd is the withdraw from the school. I'm surprise they ask me to withdraw and no need to come back for term 2 again. This is how they treat unhappy parents. And no room for negotiation at this moment. How rude can they be.
