We are approaching the 100 signature milestone which is the threshold required to trigger a formal review by the management team. I am finalizing the list of grievances to deliver to their headquarters as soon as we cross this mark.

I have 3 kids at Jurong outlet and I do not agree that why am I paying and I have to teach my 3 kids for 3 lessons? If I know how to teach, why must I sign up my kids to berries in the first place? I demand a full refund else a replacement class after
If Berries are not considering parents like us, then I can guarantee that should the situation improves, I will definitely withdraw my children from this learning centre as they are only profit centre and not really have the mind of getting children's education.
agree to get refund or credit vouchers instead of doing HBL which is useless. I paid for full lessons of 1h 45 min and there are craft work done during lesson time. With HBL, it is just a 20 min resources and Berries want to charge us full price???
My daughter is 4. And I try my best not to give her screentime. It is also mentioned by World Health Organization that we should avoid screen time for kids below 5. Sadly, Berries thinks that it is ok for my child to sit in front of the screen at this young age. ):
I don't expect refunds but e-learning seriously doesn't help much. my suggestion is to hold all classes first and resume when suspension of enrichment centers are lifted. The hefty fee of 1 class does not measure up to e-learning at home. Do reconsider Berries
Online video doesn't work for K1 student & non-chinese speaking parents. What does "call to check progress" mean? Refund or replacement please, I won't agree with HBL.
Make us pay just for some online link. And ask me download zoom which have privacy issue!

We prepaid 1y of fees for 3 children. HBL doesn't work for young kids. Please do the right thing and return fees. We understand you run a business but there needs to be a balance between your customer and your own interests as well as your employees.
