New structures should blend in with those already in the area. Further, developers have a responsibility to be considerate of all in the community, or at least their immediate neighbors.

I’m worried about the upzonimg and loss of green space. Beautiful trees should not be torn down to build large condo buildings that don’t fit the character of Bowmanville.

Live in Bowmanville and I don't want the area to become another high density neighborhood.

I am against the building project in the Bowmanville community as it will have a negative effect on the area.

As President of a neighboring group, West Andersonvville Neighbors Together (WANT), I agree that these kind of developments are not what we need in an effort to maintain a diverse community.

We have enough "skyscrapers" in the neighborhood already with all these huge teardown/rebuilds.

Please, don't change the character of Bowmanville. We love it the way that it is.

NO! to rezoning this parcel. The majority of Bowmanville is zoned RS-3. There is no reason, other than greed, why this parcel can't support a multi-unit dwelling that conforms to the RS-3 requirements and better fits the character of the community.

this area is zoned RS-3 for a reason. There is no need for a variance.
