If this site is a no-go, a site should be found to the east of the conurbation. It is extremely inconvenient for those living in Christchurch and beyond to expect them to travel to the far side of Poole. A journey that can take well over an hour.

It’s crazy to think that learners from places like Verwood and Ringwood now need to travel to Poole just to take their tests. The time taken to navigate the congested roads to Poole to practice / take their tests increases costs and reduces worthwhile learning time for pupils. A town the size of Bournemouth with its wide catchment area particularly to the north and east necessitates it’s own test centre! Pure cost saving measures at the expense of pupils and instructors and needs to be seriously reconsidered.

Having Poole alone is too far for a great deal of people not to mention too much for Poole to handle.

Keep the test centre in Bournemouth! Roads around the Poole test centre are horrible at the best of times let alone for learner drivers

Keep the driving test centre as it has been there for years. My husband, son and myself used the test centre. If you move the test centre, people will be put off going to Poole

It would be foolhardy to depart from such a good site as Bournemouth as there are people so far from Poole but also it covers so many complex situations which for a busy town, is unique.

I past my test here along with my mum brother and the rest of my family it is impossible to get to Southampton or Poole some days, and to be on time for appointments and tests so this serves the area between and has served it for years. yes it's old and tired but show me a building that has had so much use that doesn't need repairing or bringing into the 21st century as well as doubling if not tripping the tests at the other sites, this relives some of the pressure put on them when they are over an hour away from some places to get to on a good day on a bad day can take you hours to get to Poole or Southampton if there's an accident forget it the road works around here don't make it any easier either so keep it open

The test centre may not be of any value to the DVSA but it is invaluable to the DVSA's customers. Candidates and Instructors should not be financially disadvantaged just because the DVSA are considering not investing in a highly profitable Driving Test Centre.
