We, the undersigned, support a new ordinance for Bountiful Utah allowing residents to keep back yard chickens in residential zones. We believe the following policies are reasonable and appropriate: • limit the number of chickens allowed • include measures to limit noise (no roosters) • include measures to limit offensive odors • restrict chickens to owners property
