Completely out of character. Parking get will be a night mare which will cause further chaos in brownlow Road.

The design of this block is not in keeping with the rest of the street. English Heritage should get involved. Why can't the new owners convert the existing house into flats. And what about parking for the extra ten flats . Some of the large houses in the area have already been knocked down to create blocks which should never have been permitted,

This cannot be allowed it will change the look of the street take the character away and give other houses to do the same. This is outrageous and totally unacceptable

This is not a strategy for providing much needed homes. It is a cynical, greedy and self serving strategy for making as much money as possible without any thought for the preservation of our cultural heritage ! It gas to stop!

Would it not be better to convert into flats as it a fairly big house then that way a lovely Edwardian house remains and it houses a few more people but I suppose it's all about making more money for the greedy developers

Strongly object to these plans, it should be kept as a family house, not another multi dwelling.
It will ruin the character of the road, and further contest the neighbourhood, which is already full of multi dwellings!
