My objections have already been sent to Malachy and the planning dept.
This property must not be demolished .

I am horrified to so that someone would destroy a community like this. This is totally inappropriate and will change the picturesque aspect of the street.

I have already submitted my objections to the Council - the proposal is nothing short of civic vandalism, purely for greed and profit for both developer and Council. This family home must remain as it is - these flats are an abomination and would ruin Maidstone Road and also hasten the 'slumification' of Bounds Green in general.

You cannot demolish a much needed family home in a lovely residential area, to create flats. As an area and community we are struggling with traffic and public services due to overdevelopment along the north circular. Actually demolishing a house in a residential road is just a step to far!

The proposed building would contain multiple families and would mean many more cars and congestion on the road, which is already over capacity. It is a shame to lose character and family homes to overdevelopment.

This is clearly an unsuitable development for this prominent residential area and permission should not be granted

This house is old architectural bulding is very nice style and all architec must etic and moralittle protect this bulding not destroy and change for some horible architecture monster or something what not looking nice whit others property. Another quest is people how living around this property I'm don't think so if some body be happy doing one years demolition and rebuilding.
