Definitely need finishing, I live in the downs and the wall is so low on the other side at the ring road. It is used as I short cut. I have had discussions with TD's and trying to get something done.

SDCC we have put up with these walls long enough. Before the surplus property tax is divided out to other parts of the country please finish our walls !!!!
