We lived in Foxborough nearly 17 years and only moved last August. My Dad bought the house but isn't pc savy so am signing on his behalf.

I agree that these walls are very unsightly and should be completed immediately. We have all paid our property Tax and it should be used for finishing projects like this. Albeit 19 years late!
