In addition to public safety concerns, the negative effects on wildlife would be detrimental.

BOS should please be aware that the portion of the closed town road is immediately adjacent to the town's OPEN SPACE along its entirety. Reopening this section will degrade this set aside land for conservation and nature.

Increased traffic in a residential area with no sidewalks directly opposite the residents pool is a major concern for families with young children.

Not only is 8-30g being twisted and bastardized for the sole benefit of the builders, but allowing them to have this road sets a dangerous precedence for the town and is a slippery slope, both figuratively and literally.

You must not open this road! It will significantly effect the privacy of the families in Turner Hill. Enough is enough!

This is a slap in the faces of those in that neighborhood, expecially after Danbury allowed the Belemo project. This is one of the few examples in Ridgefield where one side of the street is Danbury and the other is Ridgefield. If I can't move in with my wheelchair, then it's not for everybody. That's my current situation and I see no to this project, for several other reasons besides that. This is the second time this neighborhood has been encroached upon by Danbury, and now by our own. As Ridgefielder's, we shouldn't do that to our own. Please, do the right thing and turn it down. Handicap accessible living is something that doesn't exist in Ridgefield, why?

The project is NOT well thought of; the proposed building will give a negative impact to the beautifully preserved town of Ridgefield!
