Keep Turner Hill Road closed. There are significant downside risks to allowing the road to be opened, from safety, home values, to animal species, that there is negligible upside to considering. The precedent could/would be regretted for many years.

This negatively impacts the community. Please pick a site that does not impact the existing houses and neighborhoods. There is plenty of open space that does not encroach on neighbors making it dangerous for children o play on the roads bc of the blind corners that will be created by this development.

the town is obligated to represent the needs of it's constituents and not the needs of a developer, who is leveraging a flawed piece of legislation to circumvent state and local zoning and building code requirements, in an effort to ram 9 rental units onto a 1.1 acre parcel of land. this is simply unsafe, unnecessary and a poorly conceived plan.

Very remote and poor location for those low income families that would require easy access to town and public transportation
Square peg round hole
