I don't support this type of zoning process. There are already too many condo's, townhouses, jammed into this area of Ridgefield/Danbury, the roads are a total disaster as-is. Let's get the roads fixed before we build more houses.

I am all for affordable housing in Ridgefield, but it is not acceptable to use 8-30g to bypass so many restrictions and policies and basically build whatever the builder wants. I think it is reasonable for Ridgefield to maintain control of its own town development and should assert control here.

I believe the proposed construction of the affordable units and access to the road is a environmental hazard and a traffic nightmare for the existing homes and residents
