We the bondsman of Miami-Dade County do not agree with the transition back to Dade County Jail (PTDC) for Bond Posting. Parking, solicitation, seating, restrooms, shelter, heat and delay are an issue at the Dade County Jail. The reason TGK works so well is because the staff can control the soliciting of bondsman as well as expedite the bond posting process. We Propose that Corrections maintain the bond posting at TGK, and release the bodies from DCJ like its been for the past 4 years.

The parking at dcc is a nightmare and the lines are always way too long. Why change something that is actually working fine right now? Keep it at TGK.

tgk is way more efficient for everyone involved. moving it back to dcj makes zero sense and will just cause more headaches for the staff and bondsmen alike. leave it where it belongs.
