No matter what time I go to bond street there is never any parking spaces available front or around the store . So much so it becomes aggregating that ends up dethrone us from even wing able to have a meal at our favorite restaurant . There isn’t any designated parking and for having such an established restaurant this is required to have spots designed for each establishment in the plaza along with extra spacing. The square footage has been jammed packed since the apartment being built.
Please remediate this as soon as possible, I miss the opportunity of eating at our favorite breakfast spot

The landlord should properly provide parking for their tenants!! This is unfair and not worth the rent they have to pay in this space! This has to be a breach in their contract.

This parking situation was bad before and now it’s just impossible to find a spot and support the businesses we love. The amount of time and laps it takes to finally find a spot is just absurd not to mention the selfish individuals who steal spots after you patiently wait your turn to find one it makes me not want to go anywhere near it. Something needs to be done to solve this so we are able to rightfully support the businesses we love and not have to deal with this ridiculous issue.

I’m a 56year resident of Boynton who spends a lot of money locally. There are many times I just refuse to go near this parking lot even though I love the businesses who have been greatly affected by this nightmare parking situation. It was bad before but then you took away parking and added more businesses then factor in the massive construction and all of the workers I see parking there. It’s unacceptable to these businesses and those of us who would love to regularly support them. Please fix this soon! (If that’s even possible)

Parking is extremely difficult. Prime catch monopolizes on the parking lot forcing Josie’s customers to park in the bigger lot which becomes an issue for bond street

As a new client of Bond and Ale coffee shop , I know how hard it is to find a parking spot in this plaza between chipotle and Walgreens and Starbucks forget about it,and it’s going to get worst once the appartement building next to it is done. So if my signature can help , count me in.
