need this carpark for competition for keen prices or main airport carpark has a monopoly i. I am now going to fly out of Dublin a flights and carparking combined is cheaper.

It would seem that government policy is to limit car parking provision at belfast international and city airport. This excludes competition among providers of this service and and facilitates monopolies leading to an increase in prices for customers . I do not believe that this is a function of government and does not facilitate an increase in tourism, a revenue source that residents of Northern Ireland can ill afford to lose. Shame on MLA 's for not taking up this matter.

When is a car park not a car park?? It seems the answer is when it is actually being used on a regular basis rather than very occassionally as it was before Boal opened. A ridiculous decision which removes the choice we are always being told that the Government wants us to have and recreates a monopoly with all the downsides that brings in monopoly pricing.

Unbelievable that they can say there is no need for competition when parking is more expensive than getting a taxi both ways from Newtownards! this has clearly been an abuse of process.

Belfast City Airport has now raised its parking charges 3 times since the closure of the Boal Car Park. It is now one of, if not the most expensive Regional airport to park at in the UK. A complete rip off

£50 to park in city airport for 5 days
£20 to park at aldergrove for 5 days
Refuse to use city airport on these basis as it is a total rip off . Let the people decide where they want to park.

Very handy at half the price parking compared to George Best long term parking. There is no choice for customers and it is not right as there is no competition to keep prices under control.
