The current prices at BCA can only be described as a racket. The additional parking space provided by BOAL at IKEA does not represent any additional road safety risk or increased levels of traffic. Multiple car parks are available at Belfast International. The decision to close BOAL restricts choice and is anti-competive. The economics are now such that it is cheaper for me to drive past BCA and drive to the International. So much for the environment.

Lack of competition at Belfast city airport means it's regarding overpriced compared with Belfast international airport. I simply won't use the existing long stay carparks as they are overpriced.

Hard to see how Planning Committee came to the conclusion that there is no need for Boal car park when BHD are only option and can charge what they like.

There is most definetly a need for this and the planners should not decide on the basis of commercial viability. Boal will stand or fall on its own merits. Competition is good for customers.

The car park at the city airport is a rip off. I have to fly to work every week and cant afford to pay the charge for 4 day parking. There needs to be an alternative car park to offer fair and competive pricing like other airports.

The cost of BHD on site parking (even web pricing of most basic options) is too high and we need competition to make the cost fairer for consumers.

The closure of Boal once again gives Belfast City Airport a monopoly on parking charges which are excessively high. There should be immediate permission to reopen.

We have used Boal car park quite a few times when flying out of the City Airport and have found the service to be excellent. As a matter of principle, I will not park at the City Airport and when we fly out of there later this year, we will take a taxi from our home.

Great experience parking here, the airport is too expensive. Belfast international has SEVERAL car parks near by!!!!!
