Taking away such a memorable event for the actions of a few other students is not the way to address the issues. I hope bluefield still gets their prom.

Not fair that this graduating class and ones to follow have to pay for last years problems. Figure out how to address the situation not punish kids because of other kids actions. Not cool in my opinion

It is unfair that the actions of a few in the past is taking away the right of passage for this years graduates. Hire extra security. Pass the cost on to the students if you must. Better yet ask Bluefield alumni to serve as security. I bet the response would be amazing!

Not a fair deal for the students of this year just because of last year's students .all their hard work so they could have a little fun after so much and just a little reminder of time spent there. Go Bobcats.

We have hosted 3 of the last 4 after prom parties for KRHS and know how much the grad class looks forward to the whole day/night for their last year of high school. Please don't take this away from your students! All the best to the Bluefield Class of 2016!
