This is disgraceful, my son struggled through 12 years of school and he deserves this. How unfair to take this away from these kids. Bluefield should be ashamed!!!

Everyone deserves a prom it's people highlight of senior year. Don't take that away from them, we all know things are gonna happen weather it's before or after the dance so just let them have fun.

There are many of them young men and women who busted there but off in the finally year let them have there prom... you guys always said there was beathalizers at the doors and that so if your gonna say it put it into action... get security gards and that there but just let them have the dream that every young beautiful young lady's have the dream of there lives and the men too...

Punishing future grads for actions of past grads is a little ridiculous, and unfair. Prom was one of the best times of senior year and for some it's the highlight of high school. Hope the administration changes their minds!

It's absolutely ridiculous that we grade 12 students are being punished for acts of the previous year. If staff would have taken appropriate measures at last years prom, they would not have run into problems. I've been waiting for this day for the past 12 years. GIVE US OUR PROM BACK.

There HAS to be a Prom for every high school, Its the ONE thing everyone looks forward to going into Grade 12. Dont take away something like this. People need this to celebrate the success they had in High School.

I think this situation falls back on the education staff at bluefield .. A shame to say that drinking has become apart of the tradition for proms at bluefield. This situation could've been prevented if the appropriate measures were taken from the beginning of bluefield proms. The fault is on the staff not the students who were most likely not present for the prom last year.

I would love for there to be a prom at Bluefield high school, it's the best part of being a senior. A prom would be awesome!
