It is not appropriate for a residental area.... Larimer County officals should not approve the wolf-dog sanctuary.

I agree with the concerns stated in the petition, and also worried about the effect the proposed operatiom would have on our Water Table during dry conditions. Was any homeowners contacted for thier opinions before the land purchase was made?? If not, maybe this is an indication of thier neigborhood relationships.

I am not for having such a sanctuary in our area.

Not right to impact others who bought their homes here to get away from all the noise and commercial traffic. Main road is already over busy and accident heavy.

I will be hearing these wolves at all hours of the day. I am concerned about extra traffic, but I am not affected as much as R.F. Highlands.

No wolves in this neighborhood please. Noise and smell is disastrous not to mention safety of both residents of our community and the wolves themselves.

This property would border our property at 15240 West County Road 74e. We are opposed to this dangerous and obnoxious proposal next to our home for safety, disruptive and hygienic concerns. Additionally, liability noise, pollution and property value loss issues concern us. This is a quiet family and ranch owned community not in favor of having a commercial wolf breeding/wild encounter facility in our backyard. This type of endeavor should be placed in an unpopulated locale not allowed in this proposed site where destruction and disruption of the neighborhood would result.

I am adamantly opposed to the Wolf sanctuary. A facility Housing wolves in a mountain residential area would create a Extreme negative impact to the surrounding wildlife. No way this sanctuary could be a positive addition to the community.

Too close to residential - find a different location

We feel that this is a BAD location for such a unique sanctuary and it will affect these neighborhoods in a dramatic way from the water table to all of the traffic. Our wildlife viewing will be over with as the animals will move to new locations with all of the activity.

A tax-free entity will be supported by tax payers, not W.O.L.F. There are many new residents in the area who may not fully appreciate that the attraction was quiet surroundings, dark nights, and wildlife to watch. Let's not lose it all to increased traffic, high fencing, and possibly night time lighting.

I am concerned about the water table. We all get our water from wells and the disruption could be a loss of water, or polluting the only water we have

This is not the appropriate location for this type of facility. We moved here for the peace and quiet of a mountain subdivision, not to live next to a wolf/dog kennel which will have endless and excessive noise coming from it.

This will negatively impact the quality of our life and depress our property values. I am opposed to the placement of this kennel/zoo and commercial operation in our area. There are too many other reasons to list in the allotted space.
