1. What research has been done by the county to determine what impact this over development on flooding in the Pine Shores neighborhood? 2. More traffic density in the area will create more toxic air and poison the environment. This is not progress, instead, it means going backwards.

Over development of this size does not belong in a residential neighborhood that is already prone to flooding and traffic issues. Please develop the property to the zoneing when the property was purchased.

The only way this is going to be addressed by the Planning Commission and the BOCC is with our side offering an alternative plan. Benderson has every right to build on their property, but unless a plan with far less density is presented to both Commissions, their plan will be approved. I sign this petition knowing that it's impact will make no difference to any member of either commission. The strategy must be giving both boards an "OPTION".

Benderson should like every other land owner should follow the limits/ regulations of the property to be developed. We the community will be impacted greatly with overdevopment of this property.

What advantage do we ( Sarasota community)have to “overdevelop” this property??
Benderson like everyone who buys properties has the right to develop, but within the parameters of the property. What he is proposing is not within the guidelines of Sarasota County. It will as proposed make a huge impact to our roads neighborhoods and beach. He needs to follow rules like everyone else...
