The infrastructure to and on Siesta Key is inadequate now to handle current traffic. It simply cannot handle this development.

It must be stopped. The county must listened to the people . We live here and know what it's like with the thousands of cars passing this intersection.

We feel that there is congestion in this area as there is and we certainly don't need to add more to this area. We highly recommend that this plan not move forward. Enough is enough!!

This area does not need more development. There are enough grocery stores, shopping center, restaurants etc. plus Siesta Key bringing enough business and traffic to this area.

Why add to the congestion that is already there? Keep Siesta Beach #1 in the country. This development will surely hurt that rating!

This will have a horrific negative effect on all of Sarasota!

We do not need the extra density and the traffic that comes with it. I live 2 miles from Siesta Key and it can take over a hour to get there from my home in season. We quite going to the beach. To put more traffic here is a joke.

I THINK WE HAVE ENOUGH TRAFFIC IN THIS AREA. THIS IS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION ALL YEAR ROUND

Traffic in this area is already at gridlock during season. The Pine Shores neighborhood will be destroyed by the never-ending flow of Siesta Promenade traffic using our quiet streets in an attempt to enter/exit Benderson's over-development.

Not a big enough space for all that. Some is welcome but come on.

Traffic is already over congested. This plan is much too aggressive and will negatively impact not only the surrounding area but all of Siesta Key.

this over-development is unacceptable and will only be detrimental to sarasota..

This area of SRQ can not accommodate this building plan!

The ideal use for this property would be for a county park which could serve as a gateway to siesta key for our tourists, with shuttle/tram service to various siesta key destinations.

This will be such a disaster to this area. Anyone who votes to approve this project obviously does not listen to the voters, and does not care about the future of the south Sarasota area and should be shot. I wonder how much Benderson has paid you to even consider this?

I’m very concerned about the consequences of allowing this development. We do no have the infrastructure to support it and it is likely to put our delicate coast ecology at further risk. We simply can’t afford to allow this now as taxpayer and for future generations.

We have desecrated siesta key. Stop the madness.

The Siesta Promenade project should be developed and approved only if it is compliant with commercial general zone standards, not as a higher density and greater height CAP.
