Please don"t allow any increase in buildable area than what was originally allowable at the time of purchase. Please consider eminent domain to provide a parking area with bus service to Siesta Key Beach which will helpalleviate congestion on the key.

It's outrageous that a developer would be allowed to put that kind of intense development in that location.
Overdevelopment has already taken us to an ecological breaking point that is destroying the quality of life and natural heritage we all came here for. When is enough, enough?

Are County Commissioners listening to the residents surrounding this development? This is more than just some "disgruntled no development gripers". This will have a significant impact on traffic and resultant negative impact on the rest of the residential real estate values. People won't want to live or visit Siesta Key when confronted with the abominable traffic conditions. Please listen to your constituents.

It's insanity to even think of this type of building in an area that is deadlock every season.

Stop the overbuilding of Stickney Point Road and 41. It takes 3 traffic lights to cross 41 in the winter now. This development will end my use of Siesta Key as well as the 700 other residents living in my 43 year old complex. I've lived in Sarasota for 33 years and watched its beauty and charm disappear. Stop this development.

We need responsible development. It is irresponsible to add more intense traffic to this already congested intersection.

This is the wrong solutions for this parcel. The Commissioners should not grant an exception. If this happens, it violates or compromises the quality of life for many existing communities. One of these communities is Siesta Key will be challenged and in tourist season find itself in gridlock. We could lost short term rentals and permanent residence. Projects and building plans like this does not serve our existing communities, it will result in loss our ambiance and charm and create a community of transit rental residence. This will have severe repercussions to surrounding residences and businesses.

Without this project that is pending development, this area gets gridlocked every season. From Midnight Pass Road east to Gateway Avenue. And from Constitution Blvd. south past the Outback Steak House. I've lived in this area for 23 yrs. now and each year it gets worse. If this goes down like Benderson wants it to, it will be a living hell to deal with. Dept of Transportation and the County know this. Who is going to stand up for this total nightmare of an idea and make them listen and once and for all put this plan to bed. Worst location ever!

Unfortunately, the proposed Siesta Promenade development is located too close to one of the busiest intersections in the Sarasota Florida metropolitan area(Stickney point Rd and U S 4) and the very popular Siesta Key Beach. IT IS ALREADY A TRAFFIC NIGHTMARE. The existing overall road network in the area is inadequate at best to handle existing traffic loads.

Stop this crazy over building of a crucial corner on Hwy 41 and Stickney Point Rd. This is a critical evacuation route for Siesta Key folks.

The traffic at Stickney Point and 41 is bad at best and horrible "in season". This planned promenade is way to large for this area and the amount of congestion it will add to an already overly congested intersection would be detrimental to current residents and businesses. I am not against some sort of development on that property but the scope of what Benderson is proposing is way beyond what that area can accommodate.

Why isn’t 13 units per acre enough for Benderson? I is all about the MONEY. 4 lots were bought in 2005 for $24,148,100.00. 2018 assessment for these 4 lots is $8,587,800. A difference of $15,560,300.00. Why should the people of Sarasota have to pay for Benderson’s bad property deal?

This would be totally irresponsible. The intersection is already QUITE DANGEROUS in season.
