I oppose the plan for the Siesta Prpomenade.

I have already sent a letter to the County Commission outlining several reasons how this project will adversely impact the residents of Siesta Key as well as the residents of Pine Shores. The proposed scope of the project is totally unacceptable.

The traffic alone will be a nightmare.

This development is incompatible with it's surrounding neighborhood and would be a disaster to the traffic situation on Stickney Pt Rd

Too much for that area. Traffic during season is a mess when bridge is up it is impossible now. Can't imagine once this development is completed.

This proposed project is too much for the heavily trafficked area in question. Do not do this!!

We acknowledge Benderson Development is allowed 'reasonable use' to develop their land. For the benefit of all local residents and seasonal tourists who visit Siesta Key and the local area, please limit density of any development to prevent even more traffic nightmares. Consider the in-season traffic patterns and usage of nearby roads!

This is a nightmare! Our traffic issues are already a train wreck. Think about what this would do during an emergency evacuation.

I visit beautiful Siesta Key and love it's current beauty. More development would be a negative impact for sure.

There is no way this part of town could continue to function with construction and a development such as this.

The intersection is a nightmare now! To increase density and add more traffic would be irresponsible and unacceptable.

My wife and I are opposed to this proposed high-density project.

In off season Stickney Point Road, Clark Road, Couvier Rd. Joanne Drive and US 41 is a bottleneck. My office is at Stickney Point Road and Couvier and it is impossible to leave my office die to stopped traffic. The Fire Department is just opposite my office and would not be able to respond to an emergency.

Traffic is already a mess in that December thru April. Safety of nearby residents is a major concern as fire and rescue vehicles would not be able to navigate in that area.

I am a frequent visitor to Sarasota and Siesta Key. The thing I love most is that it is not o er developed. I plan to spend my retirement in the area, as my father and brother are currently doing. Please dont ruin the area with such a monstrous development.

This project is inappropriate because of the impact of traffic, the effects on the neighborhood, and the ecology of the area

The Siesta Promenade project must be dramatically reduced in scope and with much more space devoted community amenities to be acceptable
