Sarasota does not need more development. Tamiami is already a nightmare to drive on.

No more Benderson and no more Geckos and no more Evie's. Is this the real reflection of Sarasota's population? Lousy food and service.... really... ? We must stop this!

This increased density proposal from Benderson is HORRIBLE! We have enough traffic problems without the additional increased density and greater height under the CAP they filed. STOP THIS NONSENSE!!!!!

There is a long standing, intense traffic problem in this area. Could the land be used to reduce the problem rather than make it worse?

This is not a reasonable use of this property in that its size would adversely impact traffic, safety and the wellbeing of neighbors, general citizens, access nearby businesses and to Siesta Key.
It's time for the developers to rethink all issues and submit a better, safer proposal.

Why do so many tourists visit Sarasota County? Our beaches, culture, food, natural resources.... But for some reason, our County Commission thinks that our resources are limitless and that developers should control our future. It's time for county voters to oust any and all Commissioners who show contempt and disregard for our community.

That this project would be seriously considered as proposed is ridiculous

Our county commissioners are selling us out and in the pockets of the developers. They must be STOPPED... Otherwise we can say good- bye to the charming Sarasota area we long term residents have grown to love. It's seems they won't be happy until we have no wild life and we are like the cement heaven created n Lauderdale and Miami. VOTE THEM OUT...

We oppose this zoning change, and any more traffic on Stickney Point Road. It is already clogged during the day.

I think the scale of this project given the already huge traffic jams from mid January to mid April make this project as conceived ill advised to say the least!

The developer understates the impact this project will have on the traffic patterns in the area. The massive influx from the families using the proposed 400 units will significantly destroy the quality of life on Siesta Key
