This project would put the area in jeopardy due to the increased volume of traffic. I am a full time resident of Sarasota and even now in the summer the traffic can get severe. Now fast forward to winter it will be a bloody night mare!

I know Benderson has major investments in many on the county commission, but this is a big stretch. Most year-round residents don't even consider going onto Siesta Key during the season any more. Too sad.

Please stop this project! I live right by Stickney Point and 41 and traffic is a nightmare on season! This would make it almost impossible to enjoy our beaches if built! The traffic would be horrible

Sarasota has grown by leaps and bounds with not a lot of thought. We love siesta key you can’t get off or on the key now in season what will it look like w another huge development ? A nightmare. Please please please don’t let this development go through.

Traffric ia already gridlock during the season. Unless they are building a monorail, this can not happen!

I live in the old, utility, road, flood neglected neighborhood directly affected by the cut through traffic for this greedy, ill conceived development. Citizens unite to stop this urban assault.

During busy season, I already feel isolated in my condo on Siesta Key because of the volume of traffic. I appose the Benderson plan.

Benderson is nothing but a cookie cutter looking eye sore, all type of the same old disgusting architecture filling up road with rich yuppies, no individuality all just over priced bull crap you expect us to pay for. And now now as we watch these horrible stores and yucky buildings of yours roll in we get all the traffic too. AT VERY LEAST FIX THE GD TRAFFIC BEFORE YOU BUILD YOUR ZOOS FULL OF OVER PRICED BULL CRAP.

I live in a he Pineshores area and I don’t understand how this development at 41 and Stickney Point could possibly be approved. We can hardly get to the beach now. This development would make it impossible.

It's a shame Benderson feels the need to continually lie about the size of the development and the scope of the project.

Benderson wants the rules rewritten so he can make a fortune and will leave the residents holding the bag.

This project must be stopped or scaled down to the number of units density that the county had originally assigned.

I left Miami because of this stuff. I do not want to spend my time sitting in traffic or at traffic lights. I do not want Sarasota to be ruined by endless road blocks and crowds of people. These developers must be stopped.

Traffic problems must be addressed first; the intersection of Tiamiami trail and Stickney point road cannot handle any additional traffic flow.

Please limit the Benderson Project to the scope that is appropriate within the prevailing neighborhood

During the season I have repeatedly sat thru two or more lights at Stickney Point and 41. Think how much worse that will get.

Find a solution to the traffic first !! If you build there - Siesta Key will lose its quiet feel and become just another boardwalk beach filled to capacity
