This is an extremely congested area now and with any further development would be detrimental to all Sarasota residents, especially the home owners in the area.

This corner already needs police directing traffic, from November till the end of April. Many drivers are frustrated and do not follow the traffic lights due to the overwhelming congestion.

Total traffic nightmare. How are residents of the key supposed to travel on/off - it's already a nightmare in season, if we didn't have to deal with red tide as well it would be really bad even off season.

That corner is valuable and deserves to be developed. But it's also in an already-congested location, so there has to be some more balanced and modest development than Benderson's most recent proposal.

Proposed density would create major problems for Pine Shores and have a major negative impact for siesta key residents and visitors. Benderson knew what the zoning density was when he purchased the property. Please use your common sense and not allow this to happen.

Our family owns a condo at Gulf and Bay - the traffic at peak times is crazy - I don't see a need to add/change anything.
