No No No. Overdevelopment on this intersection without addressing the current traffic flow problem is just wrong!

I cannot imagine dealing with the enormous increase of traffic at Stickney Pt and US 41. It is already almost unbearable during season!

Please consider the traffic congestion and how it will impact emergency vehicles at that intersection.

Already super congested traffic in this area. There are plenty of other undeveloped property areas further inland that would not negatively impact people/homes/retail as this proposed building site is certain to do.

This is a horrible use of the land. Benderson doesn’t care about the area residence. The traffic is already bad during season, this is going to be a nightmare! He’s over developing the area filling us up with chain crap businesses. What will happen when there’s a fire or emergency on the Key and traffic is at a stand still. How will they get thru? Benderson, Maio and Ziegler could care less they just want their $. It’s time to STOP the madness and keep the current zoning!

This site is not the location for a large development. The traffic will increase in an already congested area. This development should be "reasonable', not to make the most money. Do not damage the neighborhoods this way. When is enough, enough?

This Benderson plan is a worse than a direct hit from a hurricane. Their traffic numbers are a complete fiction and anyone who was here last season saw a preview of the ongoing gridlock that will happen at Stickney/41.

We live nearby and go through the Route 41/Stickney Point Road daily. The traffic is horrendous already, and should be DEdecreased not increased!

I live off of Ashton Rd and work 1/2 mile from the intersection so I am at the intersection of Stickney Point and 41 quite frequently. The traffic backing up going west on Stickney Point is often backed up beyond the Swift and Clark intersection making a short commute rather problematic and much longer than it should be. I often reroute myself through Gulf Gate but the increasing traffic on those side streets is getting dangerous as the cars speed through. I am against the over development of this land for the sake of profit.

we do not need any more overdevelopment on or off the key. It is seriously affecting the quality of life of locals.
Already over congested!
