I grew up in this beautiful town. I don’t feel this is a good idea for our town. We need more green space.

How can the current traffic situation be ignored by this development?

We don’t need more development in this area. It’s already impossible to get to Siesta Key.

If they can't build within existing zoning restrictions, it should be disallowed. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! Anyone that approves otherwise should be tossed!

Born and raised in that zip code. This is a bad idea!

Get the Landings rented before you make a mess of Stickney Point and 41-

There is way too much traffic at this intersection now. There are enough shopping choices. Revitalize Sarasota Square Mall instead of building another shopping center.

I can't get home during Spring Break & during busiest snowbird season, last thing we need is a huge development in an already congested area.

Benderson has only one thing on it’s mine and that is making money for it self. They care nothing about the community. The traffic on The Siesta access road and 41 is intolerable at this point I add another 500 units it will be a nightmare.

We don't need another traffic clogged road going to the beach. There are many other areas that Benderson can build on.

Absolutely! Clark Road has become a car dealership alley and now the most widely used access to the beach will be IMPOSSIBLE to get to! I could not IMAGINE SPRING BREAK! ABSOLUTELY NO!
