Please stop this development. The area can’t support additional growth of this density.

Please stop this development so that we can all enjoy life here without overdevelopment and uncontrollable traffic delays.

We need to stop all major development until we clear up our water that's where our money needs to go.

Benderson should have to build within the density approved. There is other vacant ground on stickney and our county needs to anticipate future growth and even more traffic.. no extra density please!!!!

Development of this land should be done in a responsible way!

The density of the Siesta Promenade Project will create grid lock to the southern access to Siesta Key. Please do not take away our access and ruin Siesta Key community

You won't be able to get to the number 1 beach. I live 2 blocks down stickney takes 30 to 40 minutes to get home.

No more overdevelopment! That type of land use is irresponsible and detrimental to the aspects of the environment that drive tourism in the first place. There are existing condos waiting to be booked and empty retail spaces to be leased. We need no further commercialization in that area.

Traffic at the intersection of Rte 41 and Stickney Point Road is very congested presently and much worse during the winter season. The incremental effect of another 8,000+cars/day at this intersection will make our lives miserable. The construction needs to be done with these concerns in mind.

Stop Benderson from building Commercial General. Habpve them build 300 Residental Homes. That was the origin intent of this ground. Traffic is horrific and this will cause a reduction of the popularity of Siesta Key and our tourism income.

This whole proposed plan just doesn't make sense for beach goers or residents. Siesta Beach retailers should be very worried.

Too much on one site without a Rapid bus transit Master Plan along 41 to serve others selected new dense mixed use projects but not this dense.

We have enough empty shops around the area. We certainly do not need any more at this congested corner of Rte41 and Stickney Pt. Why be greedy....??? Benderson should just put in some realistic housing on his property that adheres to the density of the rest of the neighborhoods around there. Traffic in season makes life difficult for all who need to access the ST.Pt.bridge as well as for those who are just trying to go north/south on Rte.41 -

More traffic, more accidents, Siesta Key can't handle it. Take it somewhere else
