Traffic is already bad at this important intersection. There needs to be a Traffic impact study BEFORE approval and changes to the roads, if needed, BEFORE approval

Don't be too greedy. They will totally damage the beauty of Sarasota.

The additional traffic caused by the siesta promenade will make traffic near that corner unbearable and will permanently affect the quality of life in my neighborhood.

The quality of our lives is at stake. We will face traffic jams and will not be able to get to them each. Traffic will be more congested and dangerous.

The proposed project would adversely affect residents of Sarasota south of Gulf Gate Drive even more than those residing in its immediate vicinity. Those living north, east & west of the proposed project have other access roads North. We living south of it, are almost totally dependent on an open, usable US 41 to go north for recreation, hospitals, evacuations, etc.

Keep Sarasota as special as it was, a neighborhood friendly community.

Benderson purchased this land with existing zoning - let them use it as they purchased it. There is no reason to add density to an area that already has serious traffic problems during the high season.

This development will add too much traffic and will harm quality of life. It's too much for the area.
