Block Benderson’s Siesta Promenade Overdevelopment

I’m very concerned about what this development will do to the traffic situation at 41 and stickney point. It’s already bad during season- sometimes traffic is gridlocked for 15 or 20 minutes and you can’t make a left from eastbound stickney point,

I cannot imagine vacationing on Siesta Key, which I have done for 30 plus years with all of the traffic that this create on this beautiful island. It is bad enough as it is now!

The size of this monster has no place on 41 and Stickney Point. Benderson is a plague on this community. I can't imagine trying to drive to Siesta on a weekday or much less a weekend over the Stickney Point bridge.

We don't need any more construction or traffic in this area. Sarasota city & county officials are showing themselves to be corrupt, greedy and stupid in their urban planning.

I oppose the proposed Benderson Development of Siesta Promenade, located at the intersection of US 41 and Stickney Point Road, due to the impact on my property value in The Landings and on the quality of life during high season it is likely to have.

Overlooked is the impact on Upper Beachwood and Beechwood Avenues. they would become the principle route for traffic trying to go north on 41 upon exiting the residential side of the project to avoid congestion on Stickney and SR41

Help me get out of my driveway on Glencoe ave if they get their way.

It’s impossible now to get on or off Siesta Key in season, we don’t need mor e development right at the bridge!

Stop Benderson from owning Sarasota.....

This should never come to pass. Make it a county park with parking and shuttle service to the beach.

Please don't build on 41 and Stickney Point, too much traffic already!!

It will be very difficult for drivers to get though this intersection, especially first responders like ambulances.

The current proposal will destroy the character of our area of Sarasota.

Stop this. The density far exceeds what would be allowed in ACG zone. Siesta Key is becoming too dense, over populated. Traffic study was inadequate and dibs at an inappropriate time.
