Love the open coastal views and beaches. Don't add to the congestion by adding more developement.

This will only make a terrible situation during the busy season even worse, it that is possible!

This area us already too congested!

Stop the Siesta Promenade! There is too much traffic and strip malls currently. We need this green space. Benderson should sell land back to county for public use.

Any development at this site exacerbates an already congested traffic issue. Development should be limited to what is currently permitted. How about setting boundaries first before allowing work on other issues ie. we seem to have the cart before the horse.

I oppose the application based on cuurent density proposed. I am sure the added traffic will impact our safety and make quality of life on SK unbearable during high season. I ask only that a reasonable use of the property be approved.

Enjoyed your meeting yesterday. Those of us that live on the island will never be able to get on or off and what about fire and ambulances.

Horrendous traffic blockages at the intersection of Stickney Point Rd and US 41 already exist during season. All traffic studies should reflect # of vehicles and traffic patterns during all hours of “season”, not the “peak times” of lunch and dinner only during non season, or peak, times. Any information, including detailed studies, should be made available to the public who uses and will be affected by this project. Public input should be welcomed and not restricted. input in all decisions involving Sarasora county. Hold county commissioners accountable to the citizens of Sarasota and not the developers with financial interest only.

Stop the nonsense. Developers have already destroyed a once quaint, quiet downtown.

We are opposed to the Henderson project as proposed for Stickney point.
