It is amazing that this project is even being considered for approval.

A terrible proposal. Said best, "Benderson is entitled to a reasonable use of their property, not highest use." The people MUST be heard.

What will we do when season comes and people are trying to drive on an already overcrowded Stickney Point? This makes no sense- we will drive tourists away with overdevelopment!!

All of the good reasons to block this development are well known and obvious. If it is allowed, there has to be corruption in the process!

The traffic in this area is already congested and it is hard to get on and off the key.

This is ridiculous. Benderson needs to stay in the hot mess they created over on university. Leave the rest of sarasota alone!

Their is no going back if this Benderson Event happens as it will forever change what has been home to 20,000 plus people in Sarasota County. The question is do we want our communities to evolve into high rise, intensity, with part time residents and retail density of another 160,000 feet in our local neighborhoods? I say, No! and then No Away!

There is no way the Route 41-Stickney Point Rd. intersection can handle this kind of added congestion.
