Too much traffic at this intersection already. Infrastructure is not in pace for a volume Increase. Water table cannotnsupport all these new buildings. Build smarter, stop the greed.

This is not only a traffic horror but a total disrespect for the longtime residents rights of privacy & peace; siesta already is having major infrastructure issues due to overdevelopment & it’s no coincidence that we are experiencing now the worst red tide, increased traffic fatalities, & affordable housing epidemic; all benderson cares about is making money not quality of life

I am totally against the Siesta Promenade project sinc ethe additional traffic that would be added by this project would be overwelm the capicity the exixting roads capability.

My wife and I live on Siesta Key and have to deal with the bumper to bumper traffic on Stickney Point that exists today during tourist season. I cannot imagine how much worse this development will make the situation. Please say no to overdevelopment,
