As a Gulf Gate resident, I am concerned about increased traffic through Gulf Gate and on Stickney Point.

I believe that this proposed development will have a detrimental impact on transit to and from Siesta Key.

We don't need another shopping area, grocery store, or these homes. Turn the land into a park, with a lot and a shuttle to the beach. Save the environment, cut down on traffic.

This traffic problem is already causing gridlock throughout the day during season. Where do they plan on putting those extra vehicles that this plan will create. We do not want to end up like Los Angeles with screaming, fist fighting irate drivers at this intersection because of poor city planning and big money ruling. The emergency access for persons living on the key is also affected. Horrible idea!

This project is too intense and too dense for this location. The answer should be No to this change as it requires an exception to our Comprehensive Plan just to be considered as planned.

This project is a horrible idea and will only create additional dangerous traffic nightmares for the surrounding that we don’t need!

The Density Benderson is proposing is nuts! We are not Miami Beach. It will cause many traffic problems and some accidents.

Why can't the state of Florida buy it with the 1% tax we agreed to finance such properties?

I strongly oppose the development in an area that is already congested. In addition to the proposed homes at the Promenade, we are also anticipating increased traffic from the development of the old Gulf Gate golf course! Let reason prevail over developers' interests, for once. Thank you.

This is a ridiculous overdevelopment!! Clark Road and 41 are way too congested now- I can not imagine another 8,000 cars!!!!! Please do not allow that to be built. I just bought a home off of Clark and do not want this!!!

I am against this proposed development. This intersection is already crowded, and with only two ways to access the key, this development will just add to the amount of time to get there. Move it further down 41 where there have been MANY closings in the past 18 months.

Stick to the existing codes and zoning.
Be a good will person, Benderson, include a park and few buildings.
