If you want an hour wait on & off the key, if you want overcrowding, if you want dense traffic, if you want to destroy a true Treasure of Sarasota and Florida then this will do all that. I AM OPPOSED to the density and harm to are this project can do.

I do not think that they should be given special exceptions to have higher density and higher height restrictions than the code states. When you purchase a property you check into what zoning is in place and know you usually need to build within those parameters. Sometime you get a small exception to do a little bit more but this is a major exception. If they can do this then I would like to get a density rezone and additional height to a property I own in order to build more units. I sure other people would like to get these exceptions too.

I now understand how critical the upcoming Comission meeting is.

This is beyond insanity. EMT's are already unable to reach people on Siesta due to gridlock and local govt will end up being sued. The county should purchase this property back for parking and shuttles to the beach. NO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER DEVELOPMENT!!!!!

Enough is enough, the roads are clogged, you can barely get anywhere near that intersection already, without sitting through several lights if you want to make a turn. Let's start thinking about the future of Sarasota and leaving some type of Legacy that is not just more concrete.

We don’t need anymore building , stores, shops, grocery stores, etc.

414 units = over 800 people and cars. 130 room hotel = more cars plus over 200 employees' cars. Not including people in and out of stores, shops & restaurants!! Too many cars for an already congested area!!

Just stop the building. You’ve already ruined beautiful Sarasota. You even let Whole Foods build on wetlands. It’s got to stop. Don’t put anymore builder money in your pockets.

The density and the height they are proposing is unacceptable for safety and traffic flow.

Traffic impact will make area near impossible to access Siesta Key. Traffic during peak season is currently very congested.

Enough of the over developing! Traffic is a nightmare. Environmental devastation to our county and its waterways must be respected. Quality of life matters.

That corner is bad enough now

This intersection is ALREADY overloaded. Adding this terrible excuse for a development aids ONLY Benderson. They will build, rent or sell out and leave Sarasota stuck with the mess. Please DO NOT succumb to their blandishments; this is a horror that will be visited upon us.
