If this goes through, I believe the county commissioners should have to move their offices to this corner and live daily with their decision. Growth without proper infrastructure must end!!

I can't believe that the county keeps agreeing to over build this area. We have enough problems with what they have already allowed.

I object to the planned development at Stickney Point. The density and impact is too loaded and not for the greater good of Sarasota.

I am opposed to granting any increase in density in any area of the proposed Benderson development.

I have lived on Siesta for 35 years, no way can that intersection handle the traffic this project will add on!

The traffic at 41 and Stickney Point cannot handle this development.

I am a full-time resident of Sarasota. I travel frequently over the bridge on Stickney point to Siesta Key. The increase in traffic to this area cannot be handled if this project moves forward. I am against the development of this area considering the repercussions of the traffic. This won't be able to be changed once it goes through. Thank you.

What are you thinking?? This area is extremely congested as evidence by the traffic and number of vehicle accidents on this corner. Please spend some time taking care of the Siesta Key village, the streets need cleaning and the trash cans need to be emptied so people don't have to look at this mess! Time and money would be much better spent by cleaning up and taking care of the existing land, streets and buildings on and off the key. Lets enhance the beauty of the area instead of pushing ahead for the gain of more tax dollars. NO MORE BUILDING!!

We dont need any further development making the traffic situation any worse. It is already unbearable in the middle of the day. The first bad storm that calls for evacuation is going to kill half of our population because of the traffic situation. All of you need to go out if your jobs in the middle of the afternoon and drive up and down us41 and just see what like.

Sarasota is already over crowed, with having to wait for more than one green light to get through! at many intersections. The continued building throughout Sarasota has made a beautiful, small town to a congested, over-built unhappy city.

My first visit to Siesta Key was in December 1970. Snarling traffic and congestion have exploded in the past forty eight years. I plead with the community leaders to thoughtfully consider the impact the proposed development will have on the owners, visitors and the future of this community. I honestly cannot imagine that a safe evacuation of the island would be possible with 800 plus additional people, vehicles and working personnel. Two years ago at Christmas time it took me an hour and a half to get to the Sarasota airport. Leaders please lead.
