Keep existing zoning. 13 units per acre is what they bought and what they should get.

That intersection is already too congested and slow. It will become a nightmare with such a huge development.

Congestion is already VERY bad at some bridge-raising, backing up traffic past the 41/Stickney Pt. Rd. Intersection.

There is already too much traffic on Clark road. It takes me 20 minutes to get from the freeway to Beneva NOW and it is NOT season. It took me 15 minutes to drive the from Gulf Gate light onthe trail to Beneva today November 27, 2018. At this time without any more construction Clark should be 8 lanes from 75 and the trail should be an expressway with 3 to 4 lanes from Charlotte county to Manatee county.

The infrastructure to handle additional traffic is not in place. Do not continue to approve development without a strategy to handle what additional problems it will present to your constituents.

We need more hotels, retail and development like we need a hole in our collective heads. The traffic during the winter is already overwhelming, sometimes taking more then an hour to get out to Siesta. And Siesta Key is one of our Crown Jewels. Why would we further destroy access to it?

With the need for retail space shrinking it seems like a poor time to add more.

How to kill other businesses.
Even now without new development I do everything possible to avoid that intersection.
We don't need another accident magnet like Bee Ridge and Beneva

Please Benderson, be a good neighbor and go back to the drawing board and truly work with the neighborhood. Or better yet, you can show all you are a good neighbor
and dedicate this property to Sarasota with your name on it. If not, be prepared to be blamed for any problem in the area. Your name will become mud. Just saying. Maybe smarter growth can start with you.

Corner is already congested and dangerous.
