Absolutely not. Why in the hell would anyone fathom putting a plant like this so close to a school and residential neighborhood.

We have a middle school/high school being built near there as well in 2016. With the new school along with the schools already in surrounding that is a lot of children exposed everyday.

This will ruin the entry into Concord. The City Council would not approve a cement plant across the street and an asphalt plant would be even worse.

I'm sure there are many other locations this can be built. Please find one.

This is a terrible idea, please consider building this asphalt plant away from homes and schools

I have two kids and I live on deep cove drive and that's pretty much in my backyard and I don't think that we need to breath those fumes in. Who knows what will happen to the kids or to my wife and I

It will be wise to select another location that is not so close to residential and school area for an asphalt plant or alike.

It's not fair that they can build this right next to a suburban neighborhood/area. Plus there's a school right next to it too. Go somewhere else with it. Where nobody lives.

This kind of plant should not be built this close to residential and school area.

I own a home Riverwalk neighborhood and have 4 kids under 10 yrs old. I am opposed to this special unit permit being granted as I would like to ensure the community atmosphere we have in place.

This should not be built so close to housing developments or schools. The smells, fumes and all the chemicals used is dangerous.

An asphalt plant is not needed in this area.

I do not approve of location of asphalt plant right in the middle of residential property and located near an elementary school.
